What you buy
A temporary digital logo placement on one of this website's seven front or back underwear areas. You do not buy a garment, physical sticker, tattoo, public appearance, impressions, clicks, or a promised return on investment.
Price and duration
Prices are in USD. Every open spot costs $10. A claimed spot costs exactly $10 more than its current paid price. Stripe charges the full displayed amount immediately. Your logo remains until another buyer completes a higher paid claim. There is no deadline.
No outbid refunds
Being outbid ends the display placement. It does not create a refund, credit, transfer, or right to another spot. Refunds may be issued for duplicate charges, fraud, legal requirements, or failures attributable to the site.
Your artwork
You confirm that you may use every submitted name, link, and logo. Unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit, or unsafe material may be rejected or removed. Brand My Underwear may change or discontinue the site and its placements.
